Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute & Research Centre (site) is a very famous cancer research and treatment center located in North Delhi, in Rohini. The hospital was setup by Indraprastha cancer Society, a charitable society, which procured the land and setup the hospital.
The hospital is currently a 164 bed hospital, and is a comprehensive cancer care set-up with all the facilities for diagnosis and treatment of all types of cancers available under one roof. The hospital has 164 beds comprising of 2 Deluxe Rooms, 19 Single Rooms, 42 Two bedded Rooms, 34 Male General Ward, 28 Female General Ward. The Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute and Research Centre has 3 Operation Theatre with a 8 bedded Post - Operative ward and 10 bedded Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to provide intensive care to critically ill patients.
